[wp-hackers] Plugin Licensing

Why not make a double license for WordPress too? People who want to
contribute to open source and give out free plugins can extend WordPress and
make their plugins just as they do now.
People who want to earn can also do that by may be paying a fixed amount /
paying a part of their income to WP. WP can have some encryption technique
added to its core. something like ioncube, just not that slow.
