YouTube itself does not return an oEmbed answer for a playlist URL, but 
Embedly does

Embedly is a sort of "oEmbed wrapper" for sites that don't support oEmbed 
themselves, or for extra features (like the YouTube playlist). You can use 
it as a WordPress plugin [ http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/embedly/ ]. 
They recently reshuffled their signup page, almost hiding the "free" signup 
page, but you can find it here: [ https://app.embed.ly/pricing/free ].
