[wp-hackers] prevent new filename after image edit

Anyway to make it so it doesn't take the filename and save it plus what
looks like a timestamp.

I see in 2.9 IMAGE_EDIT_OVERWRITE was introduced, I set the constant to
true, but still no go, I want to keep the orig filename all the way through?
