[wp-hackers] Upgrading a plugin that works on WP 2.9.2 to work with WP 3.0.1+

if( !function_exists( 'ffxi_install' ) ){
    //Your function here
}

Also as a side note I had the same error before when trying to execute a
function in a separate file that I had requires, changing that to
require_once fixed that.
