Under Media the plugin adds a Media-Tags option. This lists the media tags. In the far column of that display us a column with the number of times the tag is used. If you click on the link is basically does a filter of the media library.

Closest I can get you. The plugin also adds a tab to the media popup with the same basic functionality.
