[wp-hackers] GSoc -Proposal

Hello,
    I am Neerav UG student from India, I want to work for wordpress in Gsoc
this year.
I am having some ideas & wish to implement them like:
1. Advance User Menu.
2. Custom user templates.
3. Organising themes in better way.
3. Using Back-end templates.

I am wishing to implement some of these ideas ...
Will someone help me where to start...
