You are mistaken. Having prefixed is good because it avoids
conflicting names when trying to combine multiple packages together.
If it used a generic "admin" name then it would conflict with some
other program that used a generic "admin" name as well.

Prefixes, much like namespaces, prevent that sort of issue.
