+1 for WP Tuner, it is a very useful tool that quickly gives you a ton of
information for profiling plugins and is very configurable to show more
detail if necessary (slow queries? All queries? What constitutes slow?)

Unfortunately the repo votes for it make it seem like 3.0 isn't supported. I
haven't tried it with 3.0 yet.
