[wp-hackers] WPMU Category ID Updating

Having all instances of the same category/tag share the same term ID is
really useful for this feature and for doing searching across the MU site.
Because my use of WP requires lots of additional taxonomies, I've been
looking at extending this behavior to ensure that taxonomy IDs are
consistent across each blog as well.

This will allow me to do faceted searching and browsing (where you can
narrow the results down based on tags, categories, or other taxonomy types)
across all the content in the MU site.
