I think yes. But just one point to clarify:

GPLv3 states that author may require preservation of a reasonable author
attribution. I understand that you only have to preserve the author
attribution if author explicitly requires it (as this is an optional
requirement on GPLv3).

Anyway, I would download and use this as I like to credit all this authors
who allowed me to use great themes and plugins.
