[wp-hackers] remove all functions with remove_action?

I go to the code to find out my options. If you look at the code for the 
remove_action function (wp-includes/plugin.php), you'll see the 
remove_all_action directly below it.

Delving into the code first saves me a ton of time. If you can do the 
same, I highly recommend doing so.
