My bad westi! I know.. sorry! As soon as I pasted it I thought.. hmm that
should be changed to actual caps and not to 'user level'.. Won't happen
again :'(

Please don't do this!

the 'level_x' caps are only there for backward compatibility with very old
plugins and could disappear at any point in time (or maybe just work only
for random page requests).

Roles are not hierarchical.
