[wp-hackers] hooks for multisite: add blog, remove blog, change blog

Hi,

I'm looking for the hooks to use when a blog has been added, removed or 
changed status (ie: public vs mature etc). So far I haven't been able to 
find these. Can somebody help me out with pointing me in the right 
direction?
