[wp-hackers] body hook for add_filter ?

Is there a hook I can use in add_filter() that will return the entire 
contents within the body tags?

somthing like add_filter('entire_body_content', myfunc);

I didn't see anything in the codex, so thought I'd run it by you guys 
first before I use a series of add_filter()'s for a variety of hooks.
