...Thoughts? Implications, if any, for the WordPress community?

(My quick take: TP Anti-Spam will find a niche similar to other anti-spam  
solutions but will fail to make a dent in Akismet, similar to other  
anti-spam solutions. *grin* TP Connect and Six Apart Media will be adopted  
by the same number of WP users as OAuth, OpenID and non-AdSense ad networks  
[read: not many]).
