[wp-hackers] 2.8 plugins page

I've looked at the plugins page from the latest nightly build, and I 
like the visible action links; however, I feel they would look better if 
they were moved to the line where the version number and author name are 
now (under the description), and move the version number and author name 
to the spot where the action links are, putting each one on a separate 
line, i.e.:

    Plugin Name

    Version: 1.0
    By: Author Name

Just my 3 cents worth.
