[wp-hackers] Proposal: Twitter Support in Core

Joost:

This proposal was to make the point that some things that have value shouldn't be in the core but for which there is also benefit of a community process and community recommendation of shared use.  Can I assume you didn't follow the "Optional Modules" thread completely?
