[wp-hackers] Plugin licenses

Hi,

as far as I understand it, all plugins on WordPress.org have to be GPL  
- compatible right?

This plugin though:

Says in the license on the authors homepage, found here:

http://featplug.huseyinuslu.net/#licence

"Featplug is free for non-commercial use. For commercial usage and  
redistribution with commercial packages please contact the author."

That is not entirely GPL compatible...

How does Automattic handle such cases?
