[wp-hackers] Kinda OT: Setting up a SVN server under Windows

Oh, I didn't realize you could do file://. I made a test rebo via "svnadmin
create blah", but couldn't figure out how to access it.

While that puts me on the right path though, it still doesn't want to work:
