The point would be that single user blog owner should have to navigate
from Settings to Profile to change site wide stuff. It shouldnt happen
(it pisses me off every time I set up a WP blog, put settings like I'd
like in all Settings page, go to "Write" and realize I forgot to
change the damn "don't use that crappy WYSIWYG editor" setting on my
Profile page)
