I understood the point of this thread with this (rather worthless imo)
24H vs AM/PM.
My 2 cents are that, while improving things in this area, would be
better that instead of picking a timezone by *naming it* (I for one
don't know if I live in UTC+2 or UTC+1 or whatever) it would be more
friendly to pick a timezone by its *current hour* (I for one know if
it's 9 or 10 where I live, and if I don't, my computer's javascript
does)
