I hadn't checked this whole conversation out until just now, I don't see 
why everyone is getting the panties into a bunch for... WordPress has 
it's own settings, just set YOURS as to your timezones... plain and 
simple... Regardless of what YOU WANT, regardless of HOW YOU WANT it... 
it's still the same thing... Your host is one place, compared to you as 
well... so in order for YOUR time to show how YOU want it, you'd have to 
set it accordingly.
