[wp-hackers] Use of _blank in wp-admin

Actually, it's just that browsers are relatively very forgiving and ignore
the fact that you are missing the slash in <br>. If you had a standards
strict browser or something that was trying to parse the XHTML and couldn't
account for coding mistakes, it would fail.

But we're getting off-topic. :)

Oh, and for the record, the admin area as it is right now does validate as
XHTML 1.0 Transitional, but just about anything decent will validate as
Transitional, so that's not saying too much.
