Would someone consider creating/updating an article on the Codex with 
the instructions on how to add custom buttons to MCE? I am not sure if 
there is an article addressing previous MCE... If there is, that would 
be a good place to illustrate the new methods. If not, create a new 
article and link to it on the Plugin Resources page.
