[wp-hackers] "Outdated plugin" notice (was: load_plugin_textdomain() )

New plugin that I trust will be useful to plugin and theme authors:

Log Deprecated Calls

Kind of like what WP_DEBUG does, but the message is more informative.   
It should tell you precisely what file and line called the deprecated  
function/file, which means you can go straight to it and update it.
