[wp-hackers] WP_SITEURL and db update

I tested it and i saw it wasn't updating DB but the codex says:

Setting this value in wp-config.php causes the wp_options table
option_value of siteurl to be set

Then I suppose codex need to be updated cause it says something wrong.
