[wp-hackers] CSS Challenges

So the intention with the comments box (the little popup looking thing) 
is for it to be variable width, the text to be centered, for it to have 
a hover of #264761.

The comments number on the manage posts screen should also have the same 
style.

Both are confounding me, any CSS gurus want to take a whack at it? 
Changing the markup is fine.
