[wp-hackers] Regarding tag management page...

They should be able to be deleted. WordPress had (has?) a glitch where
it would add empty tags to posts. I used the Simple Tags plugin to get
rid of them, and stop it from happening.

I'm not sure if it was fixed it or not, as I still have the plugin activated.
