[wp-hackers] wp.org/extend/plugin search function sucks.

Just a quick note: the search function of the Plugin Directory sucks
to a point it's not even worth trying to use it.
Example:
<http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search.php?q=paypal> returns a
bunch of plugins that are not even related to paypal except maybe
their download link (#1 return is Google XML Sitemap for instance)

There has to be something totally trivial to enhance this.
