[wp-hackers] wp_mail() Question

I am looking at wp_mail() and I am wondering about the optional header
argument.  If I construct a header which has "Cc:" and "Bcc:" fields in it,
should the Cc and Bcc recipients receive the mail  simply because they
appear in the header or do I explicitly need to send to them too as part of
the "To" argument?
