[wp-hackers] Plugins Directory: Updating the "Tested up to" value

As long as the Version number doesnt change, It should be fine.

While generally advised against, I've made some changes to the readme.txt  
file in the stable tag to reflect changess, and then commited to the same  
tag.
It doesnt trigger an update notice, And the changes will be refelcted in  
the .zip and on the .org page within about an hour.
