[wp-hackers] Automatic feedback from users

Unless you just say no, and then it won't ask again.....

That's the way I understood it, correct me if I'm wrong:

Pop-up box.
If user says yes, send info, don't bother again.
If user says no, don't send, don't bother again.
If user doesn't answer, bother again.
