I would eliminate the feeds from the dashboard and give only admin
stuff - recent comments, moderation queue, etc., then links to Write
Post, Write Page

I wouldn't waste real estate on a full menu bar -- plugins, themes,
options, blogroll seem unnecessary.

If we could get an upload screen that was compatible with the iPhone's
camera, that'd be pretty slick...
