[wp-hackers] Making the move from categories to terms

Maybe I'm wrong, but I believe they are all still terms. We store them all
in a terms table, and they're just different *types* of terms.

For example, category "News" is a term that has its type set to 'category.'
I'd have to look at the recently added terms code to double check, however.
