[wp-hackers] Write Post/Page, Why is Upload Tab Not Collapsible?

I wrote a plugin to move the upload area into the collapsable tree  
like the custom fields, trackbacks, optional excerpt items on the  
Posts editor screen. Check it http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/

Note: I have a bug in the code somewhere. In some cases you can't  
move/shuffle the items.
