[wp-hackers] Drop PHP4 support entirely?

If phpMyAdmin switches to PHP5 entirely, hosts will have NO choice.

I haven't seen a major host that _doesn't_ use CPanel (at least for Linux
servers) - and the same for PhpMyAdmin.
