Hi Kimmo,

I used this URL as an example of the fact that some projects are
gradually shifting, but it wasn't an example of an incompatibility
(just something to confer with).

There are some large projects that chose the new licence (e.g.
Funambol, SugarCRM, even some questions arising about KDE) and since
some of these as SaaS, WordPress codebase might be worth combining at
one stage or another. IANAL, but issues that surround Tivoization --
unlike themes -- have an impact. I also wonder what Automattic knows
about software patents from companies like Blackboard. The USPTO is
kind of deluded, but it doesn't change the fact that it's worth
thinking ahead.
