[wp-hackers] Decision time in re: admin rework

Is it just a skin / visual redesign? Or will the UI change? I was  
expecting / hoping that the placement of things conceptually would  
evolve. That we'd get some kind of whole new way of organizing the  
back-end that would be easier for my non-techie clients to understand.

But that screenshot someone posted makes it seem like the layout /  
UI / organization of the tools is going to stay the same, and simply  
get a fresh look.

It would be handy to know which to expect, since I'm working with a  
team of people right now who are developing screen-cast wordpress  
tutorials. We've been holding off, expecting the 2.4 redesign.
