[wp-hackers] Updating Codex to newer MediaWiki version

Why would you update the version because your major revision went up
past "9"? That makes absolutely no sense.

Also, unusual how? Virtually every open source project in existence
uses that numbering scheme. Including WordPress. Note the existence of
versions 2.0.10 and 2.0.11:

Don't think of the period as a decimal point, because it's not. It's
just a separator. Write it as version 2-9 if you like. Then 2-10 might
not bother you as much.
