[wp-hackers] Prepaid cell phone vouchers!!!

I am from ghana where we use recharge vouchers for our cell phones. u buy the
voucher and there are some numbers on them which u load unto your phone.
they are usually about 13-15 digits long. i have noticed that with
consecutive cards the first 8 or so digits are the same. i was wondering if
with the serial numbers and recharege codes, iot would be possible to
generate new codes..
