[wp-hackers] filter for comment form

Is there a way to change the output of the actual comment form? For 
example to inject an additional attribute into the <form ... > tag?

I've pretty sure there is no direct filter for this, but I'm quite the 
plugin newbie so I thought maybe there is another way to achieve it.
