[wp-hackers] wp_mail on IIS

Does anyone know why the wp_mail() function would not work correctly on 
an IIS server yet the exact same code works as intended on a *nix 
server?  (As a side note, the normal php mail() is not working either.)

To add to the confusion, WP's notification of comments *does* work.

Are there possibly mail header issues with IIS?  If you have any 
experience with this, please e-mail me or point me in the direction of 
solutions.
