[wp-hackers] Future Posting Fix Request

This is my first time looking at this bug, I have a question:
What are we doing that is different from the other blogs/forums/wikis/scripts that use cron jobs that makes ours break?

AFAIK, this is a standard script that needs to be executed, and should work with the default php cron interface...
