That turns out not to be the case. If there's a plugin to produce RSS 
1.0, then the "provide the data, and the uses will come" part of the 
population of SemWeb fans will be happy, but since the people actually 
building the things to use the data will suddenly have vastly less data 
to work with, they'll be decidedly unhappy.
