At least a month passed between the last change to the accesskeys and
the release. If you use it all the time, why didn't you speak up? I'm
not partial to Alt+D. Submit a patch. It's in
wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wordpress/editor_plugin.js IIRC.
