I say that Classic remains Classic, Default moves to Kubrick, and  
whatever theme is chosen as the new theme (sandbox + hawt CSS,  
please) be given a unique name (i.e. NOT "Default").

Users are NOT supposed to replace the wp-content folder when  
upgrading, so eventually we could retire Classic and Kubrick if we  
think that the upkeep burden is becoming too much.
