Most of the mail lists I subscribe to specifically state that they
aren't purblic or don't authorize public archiving which is why I was
bringing up the issue.  One list is going atomic over the issue. (Most
of those folks though are privacy nuts though)

Not a biggie.  Just wanted to make folks aware if it was an issue.
