The damage is mostly already done, I'm sure.  Someone will be blogging about
it.  But I'd rather keep it out of Google as much as possible...  I did not
want to create a one stop shop for attacking sites.  That won't help anyone
other than those that don't need to be helped.  

All of this information is out there in bits and pieces.  I just put it
together in one place.
