I agree... but I don't think going back to changes.xml is an option.  I 
brought a dedicated server to its knees with that.  Seems like the 
Ping-O-Matic interface is good... they just need to get Ping-O-Matic to 
download and parse changes.xml files from Blogrolling.com et al.
