[wp-hackers] Simple commandline client for wordpress?

I need to post to my wordpress blog with just a simple title and 
messagebody, nothing fancy. I checked 
http://codex.wordpress.org/XML-RPC_Support and it seems that most of the 
links to commandline clients are broken. The one commandline client that 
did seem useful (pyBlogger) doesn't seem to have any community support.

Anyone here working on a simple commandline client for wordpress?
